General
What file formats can I upload?expand_more
The configurator accepts STL, OBJ, 3MF, and AMF natively. STEP, IGES, and BREP CAD files are converted on our servers before preview and quoting. You can upload up to 15 files in one batch.
Export from your CAD tool as millimetres, with the model oriented so the largest flat face sits on the build plate — this keeps supports and print time down.
How does quoting work?expand_more
After you upload models and pick material, colour, and print settings, click Evaluate & Get Quote. Each file is uploaded and sliced on our print farm; the quote table fills in row by row with weight, print time, and price.
Prices include 18% GST. Final cost may shift slightly if machine occupancy changes between quote and checkout, but you always see the live total before paying.
How long will my order take?expand_more
Turnaround depends on queue load, material/colour availability, and total print hours. The configurator shows a ships in N days estimate after Evaluate. Catalogue products marked in stock ship faster; made-to-order items follow the same queue estimate.
Do you ship across India?expand_more
Yes — pan-India delivery with pincode-based shipping calculated at checkout. Self-pickup from our Chennai studio is also available; choose it on the order page if you prefer to collect in person.
How do I pay?expand_more
Checkout uses Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets. Payment is collected when you place the order. A GST-compliant invoice is available from your order details once we upload it.
Can I cancel or return an order?expand_more
Custom print orders can be cancelled for a full refund before printing starts from your order details page. Standard catalogue products marked returnable can be returned within 7 days of delivery — but customized products (personalised text, chosen colour variants, or made-to-order items) have no return window.

What if I don’t have a 3D model?expand_more
Use our Design Request page to describe what you need — keychains, functional parts, characters, product enclosures, and more. Our team will quote the design and print work separately.
Can I reorder a previous print?expand_more
Yes. Open any past order and click Reorder — we rebuild the cart with the same file, material, colour, and print settings. Checkout always recomputes the current price.
Print settings guide
Every uploaded model on the 3D Printing Service page has its own settings card. Not sure what to pick? Start with a quality preset, then open Advanced only if you need fine control.
Material
The plastic your part is printed from.
PLA is the default for most decorative and prototype parts — easy to print, good surface finish. ABS and PETG suit higher heat or outdoor use. Price is per gram and shown in the quote.

Colour
Filament colour for this print.
Pick a colour from the dropdown for each model. Some colours carry a small price multiplier if the filament costs more. The 3D preview recolours your model so you can check the look before ordering — screen colours are approximate.
Quality preset
One-click bundles for layer height, walls, infill, and pattern.
- High Detail — 0.16mm · 3 walls · 15% · +20% precision
- Standard — 0.20mm · 2 walls · 15%
- Functional — 0.20mm · 2 walls · 20%
- Draft — 0.24mm · 2 walls · 15% · −8% draft discount
Pick Standard if unsure — it balances cost, speed, and surface quality for most jobs.
Infill (%)
How solid the inside of the part is.
Higher infill = stronger and heavier, but more material and longer print time. 15–20% is enough for display pieces and light duty parts. Use 30%+ for load-bearing brackets or parts that take stress.
Layer height (mm)
Thickness of each printed layer — controls detail vs speed.
Thinner layers (0.10–0.16 mm) show finer detail and smoother curves but take longer and cost more. Thicker layers (0.24–0.28 mm) print faster with a slight discount — good for large functional parts where surface finish matters less.
Wall count
Number of solid outer shells.
More walls improve strength and surface quality on thin features. 2 walls is standard; use 3+ for parts that need extra rigidity or will be handled often.
Infill pattern
The internal structure inside the part.
Grid — balanced default. Gyroid — strong in all directions, good for functional parts. Lines / Triangles / Cubic — specialist patterns for specific strength needs. Lightning — minimal infill for large hollow parts. Concentric — follows part contours.
Supports
Temporary scaffolding for overhangs.
Grid (standard) — default; works for most overhangs. Tree — less material on organic shapes. None — only if your model has no steep overhangs; parts may fail or look rough without supports.
Supports are removed after printing but can leave small marks on contact surfaces.
Quantity
How many identical copies to print.
Each copy is sliced and priced separately. Bulk copies of the same file share one settings card — use Apply to All Files if several models should use the same material and quality.
Advanced: rotation & scale
Orient or resize the model before slicing.
Click Advanced below the 3D preview to show rotate and scale controls for the model you are viewing. The preview updates live, and we bake the transform into the file sent to the printer — what you see is what we print.
We automatically centre the part and seat it on the build plate so nothing prints below zero.
