These terms govern your use of vsquared3dprints.in and any order placed with VSquared 3D Prints (GSTIN 33AKDPV2425M1ZZ), registered office No.30, MM Nagar, Phase 2, Rathinamangalam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600127, India. By browsing the site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Prices shown by the configurator, catalogue, or a design quote are estimates based on the information available at the time and are confirmed only once your order is placed and paid for. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a file cannot be printed as specified, if we suspect fraud, or if an item is unavailable.

You are solely responsible for the 3D models and design briefs you submit. By uploading a file or requesting custom design work, you confirm that:

• you own the rights to it, or have permission to have it printed;
• it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property; and
• it is not a prohibited item under Indian law (e.g. firearms/weapon components, items that infringe registered trademarks or patents, or anything illegal to manufacture or possess).

We may refuse to print any file that appears to violate the above, without liability to you.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). GST is charged as applicable and shown on your invoice at checkout. We are a GST-registered business (GSTIN 33AKDPV2425M1ZZ) and issue a proper tax invoice for every order.

Orders are prepaid in full at checkout via Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled directly by Razorpay under PCI-DSS standards.

Turnaround and delivery estimates shown at checkout are based on our current production queue and are our best estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date — custom manufacturing timelines can shift with print failures, material availability, or order volume. Self-pickup is available at our Chennai facility (No.30, MM Nagar, Phase 2, Rathinamangalam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600127) during listed pickup hours; we will notify you when your order is ready. Custom 3D printing service orders are non-refundable once production has started. You may cancel for a full refund only before printing begins. Customized catalogue products (personalised text, chosen colour variants, or made-to-order items) have no return window. See our Refund Policy for the complete rules, including quality-failure exceptions at our sole discretion.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at vsquared3dprints@gmail.com and we will arrange a reprint, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Unless you’ve requested custom design work under a separate agreement, we retain ownership of our own designs, catalogue models, site content, and branding. You retain ownership of files you upload; uploading a file to us does not transfer its rights to us, beyond what we need to produce and fulfil your order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or a delayed/failed print, beyond the value of the order itself. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
