Shipping Policy

This policy explains how VSquared 3D Prints (GSTIN 33AKDPV2425M1ZZ) delivers catalogue products and custom 3D-printed orders placed on vsquared3dprints.in. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions.

We currently ship within India. Delivery is available to most serviceable pincodes via our courier partners. Enter your 6-digit pincode at checkout to see the shipping charge and an estimated delivery window before you pay.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from the delivery pincode and the packed weight of your order. The amount shown is inclusive of handling; any applicable GST on the product or print service is shown separately in your order summary and tax invoice.

Shipping is charged per checkout. If you place multiple orders, each order carries its own shipping fee.

Custom 3D-printed parts are made to order. The “ships in N days” estimate shown on the configurator and at checkout reflects our current production queue, material availability, and print complexity. It is our best estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

In-stock catalogue items generally dispatch faster once payment is confirmed. You will receive an email when your order is handed to the courier or ready for self-pickup.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details (carrier name and tracking number) by email and in your order history. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the courier and your location; they are outside our direct control.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect contact details. Re-delivery or address changes after dispatch may incur additional courier charges.

Self-pickup is available at our Chennai facility at no extra charge:

We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and a valid photo ID. Orders not collected within 30 days of the ready notification may be disposed of without refund of print charges, though we will attempt to contact you first.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging and contents before opening, and contact us within 48 hours at vsquared3dprints@gmail.com. For courier loss or non-delivery after the tracking shows an exception, reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

Resolution for transit damage or loss (reprint, replacement, or refund) is handled under our Refund Policy and is subject to our sole discretion once we have reviewed the evidence.
